Copy of National Identification Cards for each director
Board of Inland Revenue File Number for company
Police Certificate of Good Character for each director (where applicable)
Utility Bill - Proof of Address for the Business
Copy of LLC Incorporation Documents (ALL including Issuance of Shares)
